Come check out one of the only martial arts gym I have ever been to that is run by Registered Nurses. All the coaches here are extremely attentive to their students and and the product they provide. This is a great gym to take steps toward your martial arts or fitness goals. I love how honest and strait forward their program is, there are no hidden costs like belt testing fees or requirements to buy training weapons. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking about training in martial arts!

I can't think of a better place to train, learn, grow, make friends, lose weight, and generally have a great time. I've lost 40 pounds in 6 months from coming in, working hard, and making positive changes in my life. Even on days where I'd rather just go home and be lazy, I come work out because I know I'm going to have a great time, be with great people, and I know I will not regret it! I can't say enough about the instructors here. From day one, they welcomed me and treated me like family. Now I consider them family! I've never felt awkward or embarrassed, even coming in being clearly overweight and out of shape. I'm SO glad I came in and tried it out, and you will be too! All of the classes are free to try, so what are you waiting for!?!

My son Nathan loves it. He has been doing for about 5 months. He is already preparing for his second tournament. He really has opened up and he has more determination and drive in everything he is doing, including school.
